Al-Jafurah Field Project

The Al-Jafurah Field Project, owned by Aramco, is one of the most prominent industrial projects executed by Etijah Najd Architectural Contracting. This project was carefully designed to include five offices for engineers, ten offices for staff, and a two-story residential complex comprising 25 housing units for workers, along with dedicated restroom facilities. The project also features a small prayer area and a large tools and equipment warehouse covering 75 square meters to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

National Housing Company Project

The National Housing Project is a distinguished example of successful collaboration between Etijah Najd Architectural Contracting and the National Housing Company. The project aims to provide a modern, fully integrated residential environment for employees and engineers. It includes three offices for engineers, seven offices for staff, a large meeting room, and a two-story residential complex comprising 40 housing units with dedicated restrooms. Additionally, the project features 20 caravans for storing project-related tools and equipment, as well as a warehouse to ensure worker comfort and smooth, efficient operations.This project stands out for its elegant design and flawless execution, reflecting our commitment to excellence and professionalism.

The Two Holy Mosques Project (Makkah and Madinah)

We are honored at Etijah Najd Architectural to be part of the Two Holy Mosques Project, which was executed in collaboration with Al Majal Al Arabi Group. This major project aims to provide 10 offices for engineers, 25 offices for staff, and a large residential complex consisting of 3 floors that includes 450 housing units with bathrooms, as well as a warehouse for tools and equipment.

Temporary Housing Project in Riyadh

The Temporary Housing Project in Riyadh is one of the prominent projects executed by Etijah Najd Architectural, aimed at providing temporary residential units for employees of a major company in the city.

The project is distinguished by its rapid implementation and high quality in manufacturing and installation, ensuring comfort and safety for residents.

It includes two residential complexes, each consisting of two floors, with each floor comprising 16 housing units equipped with bathrooms. Additionally, the project features a small prayer area (mosque) covering 50 square meters.

Diriyah Project

The Diriyah Project is a distinguished model of real estate development in the historic Diriyah area of Riyadh, executed in collaboration with the Special Affairs Department. The project includes a two-story workers’ residential complex with 20 housing units, bathrooms, 10 offices for engineers and staff, and a prayer hall (mosque) covering an area of 40 m².
